Covering Floor and Furniture
Before we start painting, we make sure everything is properly protected. Floors, furniture, windows, doors and other areas are carefully covered and taped, keeping your home clean and protected while we work.

Painting
The forth step is to get the room painted. All surfaces are finished with 2 coats of paint or 3 if the room was plastered.

Removing the Protection and Cleaning
The last step is to remove all the protection from the furniture and floor. We do a standard clean and hoover around the room to remove any left over dust

Choosing Your Right Floors
Choosing the right flooring is an important part of creating a space that looks great and works for your lifestyle. We can help you explore a range of colours, finishes, textures and flooring types to find an option that suits your room, budget and practical requirements. Removal of Old Flooring
We start by removing the existing flooring, taking care not to damage the underlying subfloor. The area is then cleared of any debris, dust or loose materials to create a clean and suitable surface for the new flooring.
Levelling The Ground
Where the new flooring is going to be fully glued down, we may use a self-levelling compound to create a smooth, even surface. This helps eliminate minor imperfections in the subfloor and provides the ideal base for a secure installation
Installation of Underlay
Once the existing floor has been prepared, we install the appropriate underlay across the surface. This provides additional support and cushioning, helps improve insulation and sound reduction, and ensures the new flooring has a stable base.
Installing The Floor
With the floor fully prepared, we begin installing the new flooring to the required layout and finish. Each board is positioned and fitted to create clean lines, consistent spacing and a professional result that is built to last.

Choosing Your Right Tiles
Choosing the right tiles can make a huge difference to the look and feel of your space. We can help you compare different colours, sizes, textures, patterns and finishes to find tiles that suit your style and practical requirements. Viewing samples before installation allows you to see how your chosen tiles work together.
Removal of Old Tiles
We begin by removing all existing tiles from the walls and floors, taking care to minimise damage to the underlying surfaces. Once the old tiles have been removed, we clear away the adhesive, debris and dust to leave the area clean and ready for preparation.
Replacing Plasterboard
If the existing plasterboard has been damaged or is unsuitable for tiling, we replace it with the appropriate boards to provide a strong and stable surface. This is particularly important in bathrooms and wet areas, where suitable moisture-resistant materials help create a durable foundation for the new tiles.
Installing New Wall and Floor Tiles
With the surfaces properly prepared, we install the new tiles according to the chosen layout and design. We pay close attention to alignment, spacing and level to achieve a clean, consistent finish across both walls and floors.
Adding Grout and Silicone
The final stage is applying grout between the tiles to create a neat, finished appearance and help protect the joints. We then apply a clear or white silicone seal around key areas such as corners, edges and sanitary fittings, providing a professional finish and helping prevent water from getting behind the tiled surfaces.
